"I've known jim for many years when he worked at another auto repair shop and even back then he would explain and take time to discuss options and alternate means to address car issues and problems just as he continues to do now. Jim knows how to make a customer feel optimistic when his mechanics are fixing their vehicle at the same time allowing the customer to feel at ease and stress free in regards getting their vehicle back on the road. I cannot stress how this garage accommodates the customer in many ways, especially the trust and compassion Jim has for his customers , something many garages lack of.
